This website is operated using OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. Technical information such as IP addresses, requested pages, times of access and browser information may be processed to deliver the website and protect it against misuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in reliable and secure operation under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
3. Enquiries
When you contact us, we process your name, email address, message and any optional company and service information to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for steps at your request prior to a contract, or Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other business correspondence. Providing these details is voluntary; without contact details we cannot respond.
Form enquiries are stored in the website database. When configured, notifications are sent through our IONOS mailbox. Email enquiries are processed through our IONOS email service. We retain enquiries for as long as necessary to handle them and meet applicable legal retention obligations. Enquiries are reviewed and deleted when no longer needed, subject to applicable retention obligations.
4. Recipients and international processing
Technical hosting and email providers process data as needed to operate their services. OpenAI Sites uses infrastructure providers including Cloudflare. Processing outside the EEA may occur. The applicable data-processing agreements, locations and transfer safeguards must be confirmed for the production hosting arrangement.

5. Tracking and cookies
The website code does not use advertising trackers, analytics tools or external font services. Images and styling are served from the website itself. Language selection is recorded only in the page URL. The hosting platform may use technically necessary cookies, particularly for private-preview authentication.
6. Your rights
Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us at the email address above to exercise your rights. You may also complain to a supervisory authority, including the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus.
7. No automated decisions
We do not use this website to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects on visitors. This notice covers this website and contact enquiries, not the separate processing arrangements for client projects.
